White Beach Hotel has closed for the 2022 season

and will reopen to the public on April 28th 2023.

  To view our nightly rates (tax included), simply roll over a potential date and the rate for the day will appear. This rate is not per person, but for the room with two adults. Children may stay in their parents room for no additional charge. Two futons can be added to any of our rooms to accommodate up to four people per room. Each additional adult will be subject to a surcharge equal to 50% of the nightly rate.  Please note that check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

  When you are ready to request a booking, either click on the date of an available room to reserve your selected room for that date then click on “Reserve this Date” in the pop up, you will be directed to our secure request form. Alternatively, clicking on “Request a Reservation” directly below will also direct you to our secure request form. We will respond as soon as possible.

  Rooms requested for the 2023 season will be held and the booking processed after April 15, 2023. A credit card is required to secure the room until then at which time it will be charged for the payment of your room. A hotel email will be sent confirming your reservation and payment.

  Hotel and Cancellation Policies

  Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. All guest rooms are non-smoking. An additional cleaning charge of 15,000 Yen will be assessed to those that disregard our smoking policy and smoke in their room. 

  To confirm your reservation, advance payment for your requested booking is required. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please request our bank details via email ( . Be sure to include the date and room you would like to book.

  Your payment in advance will be fully refunded if you cancel more than 10 days prior to 1:00 PM of the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel after that time, the deposit will not be refunded unless we can replace the booking with a confirmed reservation. For Golden Week (April 29th to May 6th), Obon Week (August 6th to 15th), Silver Week (September 17th to 26th) and all three day holiday weekends (July 15th to 18th, Sept 16th to 19th, Sept 22nd to 25th, Oct 7th to 10th) a minimum notice of 14 days prior to 1:00 PM of the scheduled arrival date is required for a 50% deposit refund. After that time, 50% of the room deposit will be refunded only if we can replace the booking with a confirmed reservation. One night weekend reservations are non-refundable. 

  For group bookings of four rooms or more, a non-refundable 50% deposit for each room is required at the time of the booking to secure the rooms with the balance due at least 14 days prior to 1:00 PM of the scheduled arrival date. If payment is not made by that time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited on a room by room basis. Any room(s) cancelled after the balance has been paid will be refunded 50% of the deposit for that room(s) only if the room can be filled with a confirmed reservation.
